What are the benefits of having a Transaction Coordinator on my Real Estate Team?  The TCs on our team are trained and experienced to take on transactional duties, providing you more time to for gathering more leads, building a team, spending more time with family, etc.  We use a transaction management software that allows our TCs to remain consistent, organized and detailed. You will be provided a peace of mind knowing your TC is facilitating requests, gathering signatures, tracking deadlines and keeping your file compliant.

What is the difference between Independent TCs and In-house TCs?  The main difference  is as independent service providers, our TCs are contracted to work directly with the agent, their business, their team and their clients.  They do not have brokerage tasks to take care of which allows them more time for great communication, scheduling needed items and being an extension of you!

How does it work when you are a TC team? What does the support look like?  Each agent is assigned a TC from our team and they will be the lead on all of your transaction. With one TC they can get familiar with your process and build a relationship as your team member.  When your TC is on vacation or out sick, our systems allow for another TC to pick up and cover for them seamlessly.  This way our team members get time away and we still have you covered!

Will the TC be in contact with my clients during the transaction?  Yes, as part of your team we will be in contact with your clients along the way as extra support.  We are not taking your role as their Agent, we are they to facilitate and keep everyone on track.  The agents we work with find this to be a huge benefit so their clients always have someone available for support, updates, reminders, scheduling, information, etc.
