The idea for my business grew from my love for the real estate business, my success as a Transaction Coordinator in the luxury resort market, and knowing my talent for systems and organization could bring value to agents all across Colorado.
TCCREATED was developed to ensure real estate transactions run smoothly and give agents the freedom they desire for what is most important to them. Licensed Transaction Specialist
Carrie has a true passion for real estate and has been involved in many transactions personally and professionally. She has been licensed in Colorado for over 2 years now and has experience as a licensed real estate assistant and transaction coordinator. She first discovered Transaction Coordinating as a field when she was buying her Colorado home and the cooperating agent was using a TC, she felt the calling! On her real estate journey has found TC work to be the perfect fit and we couldn’t agree more!

Along with camping and road tripping with her husband in their RV across the country visiting family and friends, Carrie loves the outdoors, such as gardening, fishing and cookouts as well as being creative, enjoying crafts and learning new things
As a Transaction Coordinator with TCCREATED, Carrie is pleased she is provided the tools to give real estate agents outstanding support. Working as a team to share ideas to make everyone’s process better. She enjoys our work environment that allows the space for maintaining balance and wellness in all aspects of our lives. Natalie Murray
Licensed Transaction Specialist
Natalie has a beautiful soul and her caring nature is behind everything she does for her family, her team and her clients! She has been in the real estate industry since she was 20, paying for college with administrative work. The real estate work and psychology degree have contributed daily to her passions and opportunities in business and life. Over the years she has continued her adventures in real estate as an admin, as well as marketing, office management, listing coordinator and broker. Her talent and experience has been a valuable addition to the TCCREATED team!

Family and Friends are Natalie’s driving force in her life and is up for anything as long as they are around to experience it with her. She finds joy in camping, traveling, seeing new places and exploring what our amazing world has to offer.
