MLS Services - starting at $50 per listing

  • Enter county records and info for listing
  • Upload Description (we are happy to create, we will use ChatGPT to assist)
  • Upload photos arranged in general flow of the property
  • Upload relevant documents

First MLS entry for your listing is $50, each additional MLS for a single listing is $30 each.  Each MLS entry is a draft and will require final approval of listing agent prior to any publishing.
